Vancouver Island Western Heritage Association is a non-profit organization whose membership is dedicated business owners, farmers, and volunteers from throughout Vancouver Island. Our goal is to present rodeo events on the Island and celebrate BC’s western heritage. Our organization was started in 2013 by volunteers encouraged by the interest shown from the public in attending family-oriented weekend events that remind of the importance of our farming and livestock traditions. We are funded by volunteer contributions, sponsorship's and fundraisers.
